Why is Sept UY hard to find?

Thinking about adding on to our BWV points, and want the same UY, Sept, to keep it simple.

When I look at the resale listings at several sites, and I've been checking for about a month now, Sept UY is much less common. Is there a reason for this?

I, too, have a september use year at the Boardwalk and have noticed the exact same thing. Maybe someone will chime in with a response.

We have 3 separate BWV contracts - all with a September use year. Just out of curiousity I used to check the time share listings and noticed there was rarely, if ever, a September use year up for sale. Have no idea why...

When we purchased our first contract from Disney in January 2005 they gave us a June use year since that was the month that we were going on vacation. This way if we had to cancel the reservation we would still have almost a year to re-book the reservation with out penalties (restrictions on banking etc). Since most people travel during the times that school is out then I would think most use years when they bought their first contract would be the summer months before school starts. Just a thought.

Well, that's interesting. I have March UY and when we were looking at resales, that's the month that we thought was hard to find. But now I see that you're right, there are more March for sale than September!
