I kind of envy those who point to the nostalgia aspects of this ride for them. I never visited WDW (or DL) as a child. I went for one day to MK at age 26 and it was so cold and rainy I don't remember much except how frozen I was. Then again at 42 with two kids 9 and 11 and they thought it was "lame". Last time I rode, 2010 at WDW and 2012 at DL, it started to grow on me. I wouldn't wait a long time for it, but as a PP said, it's kind of romantic.

But for me it definitely provides a unique experience. The movement is very different from the boat rides or the roller coasters or the carnival rides.
