Why is parking so impacted on a tues & Wed?

I’ve gotten Disneyland Today tweets yesterday & today about Mickey & Friends parking structure being full. Why is this happening on a weekday after many schools have gone back?

Many schools don't start until tomorrow or next week.

Also, Monday was the first day that lower level annual pass blackouts were lifted. All those So Cal APs are flocking back like they do every year at this time.

We were there today. It was actually not very busy at all. I am surprised the lots are full today. Theey seeem to be reaching full status very late in the day.

Starting on Monday the structure has reached full capacity after work for about 1-2 hours. It’s due to the So Cal AP blockout lifts.
