Why is my re-sized picture in Photobucket not re-sizing in my post??

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I can't figure out the re-sizing thing in Photobucket. I posted a picture on another thread and when I hit review it was HUGE so I went back into Photobucket, re-sized it and then cut and paste again and it's still just as big as the first time...I don't get it!!

Have you tried posting this on the Tech Board?

You may get a better response.
