Have you downloaded Ad-aware & spybot? Do that first, run the programs and clean up your machine.

Then shut down and reboot it up and see if it's still doing it.

MINE DOES THAT TOO! Only it doesn't look like the regular pop ups asking me if I want to debug. And if I click yes than it takes me to this program to debug. It bugs the heck out of me! (And I have Ad-Aware)

You can turn off the script debugging "feature" in IE. Just go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and check the box beside "Disable Script Debugging".
