Why is it so hard the second stay?

Yep, I agree. I think staying at CR will be more convenient for you and your family.

Thanks. We loved the poly and part of me wants to go back there but not with construction. Excited to try somewhere new for our
first full week onsite!!

thanks to everyone on here for their help. one last question. we decided on cR. Would it make sense to do garden wing for some and then upgrade to tpv at the end for a few days??

If you want, that might be fun to try both! You can watch the fireworks from the 4th floor deck, but TPV might be a nice change too!

I think you should stay on the monorail loop for sure! I vote for the Poly! I've stayed there during construction and they do such an amazing job keeping noise level down and even keeping the construction site out of view. However, if you really do want to avoid the construction and stay somewhere else, my vote would be for CR/BLT. It doesn't get much better than having breakfast at Chef Mickey's and then walking to MK. Let us know when you book!

I don't blame you! This year we're doing a cruise/resort stay to change it up a bit. I had thought about trying BC or YC this year but we decided since this is probably our last time before all the construction begins we'll stay at Poly again. Next year though, if all the construction is going on, I would strongly consider staying elsewhere. So we'll see. We're going to visit BC/YC this year to see if it's a place we would consider staying.

if it was just the longhouses we would but rumours are it is the pool and gch which would impact it a lot I think. I dont want to spend that much to be disappointed.

i am thinking of booking garden wing and then when discounts are released next year moving to tpv if money allows.

Honestly? I wouldn't do a split stay in a single resort. There are plenty of places to see the castle from anywhere in the tower that staying in the garden wing for the week would be totally fine.

I agree with this completely.

Contemporary resort!

We stayed there two times in a row and the water slide is fun, not a long line, it's a monorail resort, close to mk and epc. Chef mickeys inside, etc.

Thanks. I am leaning towards cR but cannot decide garden wing or tower.

The one thing keeping me at the poly is the zero entry pool for our youngest.

On the positive about CR, I think they have some sort of water splash play area for younger kids now???? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I think little round circular quiet pool may be shallower around the edges??

If price is a factor, book garden wing now. You can always upgrade to the tower later, but you may not have the option to book garden wing down the road.
