why is dvc site still showing old banking rules?

we just banked our points in the terms & conditions it still showed the old banking rules 100% then 50%and so on is this a glitch or have or have they changed thier minds on the banking rules ?

Maybe because they don't take effect until 1/1/08??

As far as I know, the new banking rules don't go into effect until January 1, 2008. Someone else will surely confirm this or correct me if I'm wrong.
