Why is 11/2-11/12 more booked than....

12/7-12/17??? I have 12/7-12/17 booked at CR with an AAA discount. I just searched for lodging 11/2-11/12 to have the weather a bit warmer for swimming and so much is booked up! The rates are high I know but availability is lower. Is there something going on where I should keep the Dec dates? My kids REALLY want to spend lots of time at the waterparks!

AHHH thank you! I knew there had to be SOMETHING going on! When does this stuff end? Might I get decent rooms right after? Our dates are very flexible. Would I be better off keeping the ressie for Dec we have?

There could also be a convention going on from 11/2-11/12 at the Contemporary which is why there are no rooms.

I would also keep you're reservation in December because the Contemporary is a very popular Resort which can fill up very fast, so you should happy that you got a reservation there.

I read the goft tourament is later this year and will be the beginning of November. Anyone know the exact dates--for some reason I'm thinking 11/2.

Besides the events above, there was also a pin code earlier this year that needed to be booked by 11/3(I think) to get the 40% off. I know that's why we'll be there 11/2-11/10.
