1. Not ever having to call Disney once to risk getting a not-so-disney cm--Sue Ellen will handle all that.
2. Knowing that I don't have to get up at 5am because a discount *might* be coming out that morning--Sue Ellen will get it for me. (saved $300+)
3. Knowing on my 90 (now 180)th day that I don't have to get up early and spend forever on the phone trying to get the reservations I want for meals (especially when using the dining package--Sue Ellen will do it for me (unless she herslef is on a big vacation to Disney Land in which case another amazing DU TA will do it for me)).
4. Deciding when park hours are released (or changed) that I need to change my itenerary, and therefore my dining ressies--no worries Dorothy (covering that super lucky Sue Ellen) will do it for me.
5. The comfort of knowing that DU agents understand that I am a DISer (and what the heck that is) which means I most likely will be slighty (okay, a lot) more difficult to work with, because I REALLY know what I'm talking about, because you guys told me.--Sue Ellen is even a moderator.
6. Inviting a clueless friend to come with us, which means all our ressies go from 2 to 4, we need some extra notes on our reservations so that we'll end up somewhere near each other, and what they didn't get their deposit in on time??!? They'll have to pay rack rate, the promotion's almost over!!---NOPE, Sue Ellen will handle all of that. (and get them the discount somehow)
7. Knowing every time I cringed, because I had to 'bother' Sue Ellen again, that she would come back saying I was no bother (I was, trust me) in the most polite, friendly way possible.
8. Even a control freak diser like me knows that DU will get what I need faster than I can.
Thank You Sue Ellen and DU!!!
*please forgive me for forgetting one of the great TA's names. She actually got me the code rate a day before anyone was talking about it here (it was the Disney Visa one that they STILL haven't mentioned to me). Sue Ellen was still in Disney Land.
So even if your TA is going on vacation and important things happen--you can trust that everything will get done!
