why I am getting so many tracking cookies?

Does anyone know why my computer is bombarded with tracking cookies?

It is getting slower and slower.

I run Adaware and Spybot almost daily. And I find about 20 data miner tracking cookies each time I run them!

I have Norton Antivirus scan daily.

My computer has windows xp which gets automatic updates...

So what have I done wrong and how can I fix it??

MIne starts slowing WAY down as soon as i open VMK. It didn't use to do that. I know doesn't help your problem,, but tacking on to see if there is an answer out there.

I use SUPERAntiSpyware and don't have this problem..
