Why has Disney pulled Eeyore from meet and greets

Hi everybody I was reading an article from may of 2013, saying Eeyore was being pulled from animal kingdom meet and greets and i wondered why they wouldn't put him somewhere else. He is still at crystal palace.

Yes, we looked for him at the usual meet and greet spot in AK in 2014 and only Pooh and Piglet were there.

Yes yes, it was meant to be sarcastic, along the lines of the typical business-speek that goes around these days.

I was trying to come up with his replacement but got called off to a meeting and couldn't finish in time but just came up with one -

"Eeyore has been replaced by Sadness from Inside Out as children love her character from our latest hit movie!"

Ahhh. Sarcasm is a tricky thing on the interwebs. Sorry I totally thought you were serious. And I have had joking posts interpreted as serious myself in the past. Oops.

We found his depressive meaner a real downer for children as he doesn't smile and sets a bad example for how we want Disney to be represented let alone the message that represents.

not everyone has a perky personality and that what makes the world interesting. it's sad that he was removed, children should be shown to him as it may teach children that people are different, and not everyone is happy.
