I have read on a few sites not to forget duct tape???

What would I need that for??? :confused3

Thanks

The best use would probably be if your luggage gets ripped, it can repair the tear until you get home. There are others that people have. I used bright orange duct tape and put it on the bottom of each of our black suitcases so they were easily recognized on the luggage carousel at the airport.

To tape that pesky flapping safe door shut....or the closet doors... Personally, I prefer to bungee cord the bathroom door open and tape the wall safe shut.

Yep, I think some people have had to use it to bandage up their luggage, or to even identify it among the sea of suitcases at disembarkation!
I actually did not take any with us on our cruise, and never needed it. I just didn't want to have to mess with packing it!

I've read that someone had an adjoining room and on the other side was an inconsiderate smoker (not suppose to smoke in the rooms). The smoke was coming under the door so they used duct tape to tape the door edges.

Suppose the ship sprang a leak? Duct tape will fix 'er right up. Child won't stay in the OC or OL and ruining your vacation? Duct tape that young 'un somewhere and go enjoy Palo. Fix your snorkel, umbrella, or soft-sided cooler with Duct tape. Or, How about---An unexpectedly large but welcome amount of romance has taken place on your cruise and your supply of latex contraception has run out, and the store is closed? :confused3 Heh Heh. Duct tape, anyone? :rotfl:

wouldn't you just lock the safe closed?

:) I have seen some posts about putting duct tape on your feet to prevent blisters. I think I read it somewhere on these boards!

Hopefully duct tape on the feet was suggested in a joking manner, much like my proposed "brand" of ...
