why doesn't my ressie show up on dcl site?

We booked through DVC half cash hald points. I have a confirmation number but when I plug it in to DCL's site it says oops sorry we don't have a record????? Anyone know a direct email to DCL?

When you book thru DVC Member Services, they are acting just like a travel agent for you. You can only access thru DCL website if you have booked directly with them. Those using travel agents must direct correspondence through them.

Best thing is to just contact Member Services with any questions you may have. I have cruised twice on points, with my third coming up and they are great!!
