Why doesn't my page re-load automatically?

Every time I'm done reading a post, I go down to the bottom and scroll/click go to the Forum I want to go to, and it is the same as before.

I have to click Refresh on the top of my internet screen for the new posts to come up.

This has never happened to me in the past, it used to do it automatically. Can I fix it?

I hope someone out there can help me! I don't think I can go on much longer Refreshing everytime I'm done reading a Post

CBRorBust I had the same problem.Go up to Tools on your browser window,then click Internet options.Under Temporary Internet Files,click settings.You'll have four choices there .Click the first one,<b>every visit to the page</b>Then click OK on the bottom,close it up and you should be all straightened out.
