Why does Universal Studios in Orlando have its own forum?

Treated how? Universal Studios Hollywood provides a Shuttle Tram service to both Hotels, seems like they treat them as part of the area. (Not a resort since it is only one park, unlike Disneyland, Knott's and Six Flags California).

There may be a shuttle agreement but as I mentioned above when you look at the hotels' websites there is no mention of being "onsite" hotels or having any other kind of official arrangement with the theme park.

So what was the Disneyland Hotel when it was built by Jack Wrather in 1955 it didn't have any connection to the park besides the name, and the fact that Walt Disney asked Jack Wrather to build it...

Or when Walt Disney added onto the Monorail Track to the Hotel as a thank you in 1961?

Or when the Disney Company bought the Wrather Corporation, including the Queen Mary in 1987?

To me, both the Hilton and Sheraton are on property, same with the Disneyland Hotel back in the 50's. The ownership isn't the main issue, it is where it is located.... And it is clear that only those two Hotels are on USH property and easy walking distance to the park and Citywalk.
