We arrive on Aug. 7th and have AP's. We are staying at SOG for the first two nights then we have a 5 night reservation at OKW. I was able to book the OKW FP's days once we got the AP's because we were within the 60 day window when I booked 2 weeks ago. Now I am within the 30 days window and it keeps telling me I have to TRADE A DAY/have reached my limit. I have fast passes booked starting on Sat. the 8th thru the following Sat. Are we limited to how many days we can book once we are in the 30 day window with AP's??? I am trying to have 9 days worth of FP's. :confused3

AP holders can have 7 days worth of FP+ or length of stay if an onsite stay is longer than that. Since your OKW reservation is for 5 days you're allowed 2 more days for a total of 7. Once day 1's FP+ are used you can book for day 8 and day 9's can booked after day 2's are used.

From the 'MyMagic+ for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders' page:
If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in. Plus, you may hold FastPass+ selections for up to 7 days or the length of your hotel stay—whichever is greater!

After you use all of the initial FastPass+ experiences on the day of your visit (or your arrival windows have passed), you can select one additional FastPass+ experience to use that same day (based on availability). The additional FastPass+ experience is a rolling FastPass+ experience—each time you use an additional FastPass+ experience, you can select a new one.

Additional FastPass+ selections must be made at a FastPass+ kiosk within the same park as the FastPass+ experience that you wish to select, and they can be made at a different park from your previous selections.

I'd try calling. The MDE isn't prepped for your situation. You might get some where talking to Disney IT. I would not hold high hopes for this trip, but it is a situation that needs to be fixed, since you have 9 days booked at a hotel and plenty of ticket.

I'd say you SHOULD be able to book FP for the length of your stay.

That said, I wouldn't worry too much. Do book A&Elsa FP for first stay if you wish to see them. Likely other FP's will be available.

We aren't interested in the character meet and greets but mine train YES. :thumbsup2

The interesting thing is... SOG says we can book at the 30 day window if we buy a military ticket from SOG. I went with APs because we are DVC members and we needed more days. I might call IT and ask though.

Shades of Green is not included when counting days for resort stays, and is not eligible for the 60 day advance booking window for FP+.

The Swan/Dolphin Hotels are the only non Disney owned & operated hotels that are eligible for the 60 day booking window.

I called and she said the same thing. SOG sent an email out when we booked our days with them ..saying we could get FP+ at 30 days if we bought military tickets through them. They would send us the ticket numbers. However I went with DVC discounted AP's. IT's all good. As long as we get to ride Mine Train once or twice...and we have fast passes for that already. We can wing our first park night..on arrival day. We will ride what we can I guess.
