Why does CRT ressies online add tax and tip?

My sister is trying to make ADRs for CRT dinner, and the price showed as $57.99/pp, but then added tax and tip. I thought those ridiculous prices included tax and tip? Is it just a glitch online, or has things changed?

Tip and tax isn't included in the price you see on the dining site.

My reservation for April shows as $46.99 pp for breakfast, but the amount charged to my credit card equals $56.81 pp (and that I could see in the reservation detail when booking - a line for tax and a line for gratuity).
