Why Does ABC Commissary Have a Bad Rep?

Every restaurant can have a bad day, we've tried ABC Comm. more than once over the years. We tried breakfast & lunch, three strikes you're out, we won't go there a 4th time. I have reasonable expectations from CS meals but I expect more than cold, lifeless hamburger patties and powdered eggs for the price I paid. Yuck!

We ate there once a couple of years ago and had a similar experience that many others have had. It was so-so and blah. The burgers were cold as well as the fries and we were not impressed. It seems that since there are so many restaurants that serve similar items that everything wouldn't be so inconsistent from restaurant to restaurant.
