i thought this might be a fun topic. my guess is that it will be interesting to see how different people who love the same place manage to articulate why they love it so much!
i love disneyland for a lot of reasons...but i think the one that means the most to me is that it is where i've seen my children at their very happiest. we've been to disneyland so many times over the past 12 years (100+), that we've made a significant amount of family memories there. i can easily recall visions of my children at different times of their babyhoods and childhoods while at disneyland. their faces while they watch the parade, their smiles while they ride the dumbo ride, the sound of their voices while they scream on california screamin', etc. it's been our happiest place to be as a family all these years, and i love knowing that even when my children are grown, i'll be able to visit disneyland and still see them clearly as children in my mind while i am there. we've moved around a lot over the years, so disneyland has been our one place that we always return to, that is always the same.
