Just found your TR & loving it so far! :thumbsup2 Love your Croc Capris - I just ordered a pair for my Aug trip - Can't wait to hear how they work out for you! :)
I'm glad you found my TR and chose to read it even! I love all my Crocs flops, some more than others. I'll have to let it be part of the mystery how well my Capris did for my feet during our trip... Don't you just love suspense?

I went back and forth deciding whether or not to choose Le Cellier this trip and in the end I didn't.

I'm anxious to hear part 4! :thumbsup2
What did you go back and forth with and why did you finally NOT choose Le Cellier? :confused3

And I'd like to see the celery! :rotfl2:

Great report, your boys are darling. The pretzel bread looks really good. I am not a cheesy soup person either and neither is DH so my guess is we won't be trying it. Rubbery shrimp? Bleh! I hope the rest of the meal turns out better! :goodvibes
Oh lovely, now the celery! Alec loved the pretzel bread. I preferred the sour dough bread myself. Yeah, them shrimp - what a disappointment, especially when I was so psyched about getting them.

I'm enjoying the reports, especially with the comments from your husband about your picture taking! At least the boys seemed to catch on!!

Whether or not to choose Le Cellier as one of our dinners this year. In the end, I decided against it because we're from Canada and figured we should experience something else.

I still have two empty dinner nights and may go - pay out of pocket

“I’m sorry but we are completely booked for dinners until July 7th.”
I actually thought it would be worse than that!

He just shook his head and said I was crazy and no one would care. Do you all care?
Of course we care we want every single detail :goodvibes

but ate a couple carrots. No picture of that. I’m sure you can picture some sliced carrots and celery…
Well American carrots and Celery could look different to English carrots and celery you know! :rotfl2:

Oh, I love LeC's pretzel bread...that is the only kind that our server had to bring more of!! I want some now...seriously my mouth is watering for it...it couldn't have anything to do with the fact that I am now on LA Weight Loss and I have basically had grilled chicken & salads since last weekend could it?

Ok--just catching up after the party!
The food looks great--I'll try for there next time too--I think we would all like it. And I like cheese soup too.
Man, I'm hungry now.....and not much food here as no one buys groceries when I'm away....

That does stink! I hope all of the food is as good as I have read.

Sorry about the shrimp, but I don't eat them anyway... :) That cheese soup looks absolutely delish to me - anything is better with cheese, in my opinion, and I make a great cheddar broccoli soup. :)

And, yes, of COURSE we want to see all the pictures! :)

Thank you! I got quite a few head shakes or eye rolls. It got easier as the week went along though. He still doesn't get the infatuation we have with Disney.

I must have gone to the wrong places because I never had a good meal in Canada...sorry! This place is good but we spent $145 (thank goodness for DDP) on 4 people, and that included 2 kids.

I actually thought it would be worse than that!

It probably was worse than that. They probably only had an 8:50 pm seating for 2. I know it's pretty hard to get in there. Are your carrots orange and your celery light green?

It's off to BJ's Wholesale for me today. Time to stock up on biggie things!

That does stink! I hope all of the food is as good as I have read.
Okay, tiny spoiler here...We loved this place!!!!!

Phew! I'm caught up finally! Great report, DM! LOVIN' IT!
Your little guy's Test Track Dance is too too precious! I do have to agree, it is a bit like Elaine from Seinfeld, but he's much much much cuter- to the nth degree!
That shrimp cocktail looks so tasty, too bad it wasn't to your liking.:guilty:

But anyway, great report!

Thanks Heather, but I thought you'd comment on your little "shout out" in one of my posts.....;)

What did you go back and forth with and why did you finally NOT choose Le Cellier? :confused3

I know you didn't ask ME, but I'll tell you anyway.... :goodvibes

We went back and forth and decided against Le Cellier because the menu I was reading had everything in some sort of sauce or gravy, and that just didn't appeal to us. Was that the case when you were there? Sauces and gravies on the main course?

Renée

Yes, but I know you don't have to have it that way. You can order it without. They were very good with substitutions (I asked for one...not telling you what now:rolleyes: ). I'm not a big sauce/gravy fan either but the one I chose was very light and tasted delicious....

Errrrrr yep so they are the same then  :rotfl2:
Whew! I was worried that veggies on the other side of the ocean were totally mutant! :lmao:
