Why do people with no filters get mad when people turn it on them?

It is a manipulation tactic and how they try to get the upper hand on you or shut you down.

It's because the rules of polite society do NOT apply to them, only to those with whom they come into contact.

This must be true because I'm always getting infractions on the DIS for giving it back.

Because most of the time, the average decent person is not going to want to get into it with someone who is aggressive or pushy with no filter. So the pushy, aggressive filter-less person gets away with it a lot.

So on those occasions when they meet someone who stands up to them it's unexpected and they really don't know how to handle it.
