Why do people have so many hots for others on this board?

I was reading the sayings above the avatar pictures. I think they are called "tags" on the DIS. I do recall reading somewhere about "Tag Fairies." I noticed that many people have the "hots" for "Robinrs" and some others. Why do so many people have the "hots" for other people? I never knew the DIS was a dating service!

LOL It's a long story...I'm trying to remember how it all began...didn't it start on the Community Board, and slowly moved it's way over here, since Robinrs is a mod? Most of these tags were given like a year ago...so I can't remember the details.

I think it was about a year ago it started, and pretty soon many of the regulars on the IOA boards had the hots for Robinrs, at least according to their tags. ( I must keep my true feelings private for Robin, my love). It was a joke that just kept growing on a couple of the boards Robin was on.

Yeah, I've got it too. I think it's just some comedy by a mod who is no longer here. A couple years ago, the characters on this board were much different. Some of them have moved on to another forum, or they only stop in from time to time. Oh well, all good things come to and end or change into something different.

I miss those old days...sometimes now, I'm afraid to post something random and unrelated to Universal, like we did back then after certain party poopers got ticked that we posted irrelevant material on the board. That was a while ago, and thus why I hadn't posted in a looooong time. Hopefully many of us can liven this place up again.
