Why do our spouses push our buttons?

Yesterday was a really crappy day. I work at the airport, and have to use the passenger trams to get back in forth most days when a ride is unavailable. Well a passenger left a bag on a tram, causing everything to shut down for almost 30min. This caused me to get to my car MUCH later than I wanted too..add on to this a general crappy day, I was not in the best of moods..

I get home, and doing my best to not snap at DH..I am doing well I thought, until I snapped at one of the dogs over something stupid. Just yelling really. Well DH chooses THAT moment to say, "Someone is in a %^&( mood"...GEE ya THINK! That just set me off even more, so he told me to get over it(I had been all night) or just go to bed...So I went to bed, after a NICE HOT bath...

I tell ya...they push JUST the right buttons sometimes..

At least he's paying attention. Some spouses might not even notice.

Yeah, my DH loves to do that to me. He enjoys setting me off. A trait he learned from his father, who does it to his wife as well.
