Why do I always...

...crave salt at night.... not sweets... salt!! I'm in grave need of salt, and all I can find is sweets.... icecream sandwiches, peanut butter, gum, Nutter Butters, Oreos, but no salt! Someone help me please!!

Chips, pretzels, Lipton Cup a Soup? (loaded with Sodium).

My personal fave of course is Chocolate Covered Pretzels. Sweet and Salt. Yummy.

YOu would be surprised about David's......... the soduim content is lower than most.........

Yeah, while I every once & a great while I'll crave something sweet, but most of the time it's either cheetos, jacknthebox tacos or some hot wings

Are we talking seeds or kernels?? Cuz, I have a bag of kernels and it's 140mg of sodium which = 7% daily value. Love 'em!
