Now that we're set to leave in 2 days, I fianally decide to get my act together and figure some stuff out!

We're on the 12/4 3 night Wonder. We would like to skip AP and go to Palo instead. We have the late seating.

Is there any way to see the AP show, the "broadway show" and eat at Palo all in one night?

We're so excited:)

I know that many people won't agree with me, but I don't think the "show" at Annimator's Palate is all that spectacular that I'd try to plan around it.

I don't think you could fit in the regular nightly show, the AP show and Palo in one night. I would suggest getting your Palo dining time, then plan your show time around that (early show or late show) then if time allows you might be able to go by AP and see the evening show since it is around dessert time. I wouldn't worry too much if you do miss it--honestly it isn't much more than a change of colors.

Good luck.

I was really dissapointed in the "show" at AP, it really is nothing more than tv sets being turned on (ok that simplifies it but close enough) I intend to PLAN to skip that night for Palo as that restaurant also has my least favorite menu.

Sue Ellen,

I agree with you. The AP "show" isn't all that much of a show and it's also our least favorite menu, and the one we generally choose to skip.

The "finale" of the show really only happens during dessert so you probably could do an early Palo seating, go to the 8:30 show and then head to your rotation dining after the show and catch the AP thing. I would NOT miss the shows in the Walt Disney Theater.

Glad to see at least so far you agree--

This is our least favorite menu and we skip it to go to Palo also. This last cruise we took the kids to AP (we had early dining) and let them eat--my daughter is old enough to take her little brother back to the room when they finish up. We sat in AP with them until about 7:00 then headed over to Palo for our dinner. We had a great meal, the kids enjoyed the restaurant (and we got to spend family time together without sacrificing a good meal ::yes:: )

we did both had dinner at palo and then went to see the show at
our dining time.... peter

Congrats Bekkiz!

I think that skipping AP altogether is fine - it's just not that"WOW!" Don't miss the shows though - they're all worth it! And Palo is the BEST food & service!

We had APLAPLA so dined in AP 3 times. I have to say that I liked the noise level & atmosphere there. Also, the kids at our table were on their best behavior there. That was partly due to the cartoons playing through dinner. :) We were at table 16 in the far right facing corner & they had a great view of the screen. We also liked the food there. The deserts the last night were amazing!!!
