Enchanted said:To all of those who don't want their children to see a girl in a bikini top, I wish to say this: shouldn't you be teaching them that it's what's on the inside that counts instead of turning your nose up about some poor girl. She may be one of the nicest people on Earth, but because she wears a bikini top in a public place she should be condemned to the inner circle of hell?
Personally, I think a lot of people are just jealous because that chick had a serious pair of abs....![]()

Well, I never said I am teaching my children to judge people based on what they wear, did I? I never said this person was not a nice person, did I? I never said she would face eternal judgement, did I?
That is a very judgmental statement about people who think that everyone should be dressing a little bit more modestly. I do not pass judgement on people based on how they look, even though I still wouldn't dress that way or let my young dds dress that way. I know this is a matter of taste and beliefs about how our bodies should be treated. I am not saying people who believe differently are evil.
My kids probably wouldn't notice too much what someone was wearing, unless it was really bad. They don't even think about whether someone is big, small, or a variation on skin tone. We believe all people are important.
