I called today to follow up on my previous two days business with the computer glitch that is on my account with the transfer points. There was no wait. At least that was refreshing. The account is still not cleared up.
I called today to request that my guide rewrite my 276 point original order into two contracts for 160 points and 120 points. (yes, I decided to get the extra 4 points to "round" it out )
I called today to book my Sept 2009 reservation at the 11-month window. Wait time was estimated at 10 minutes; it was about 7 minutes before my call was answered. Not bad at all.
I called today and no wait. Doing my DBD reservation for 12 nights in May. I started calling on Friday and have to call every day until this Wednesday to do my additional add ons. I've had no wait ever and the process has taken anywhere from 3-7 minutes for each call (not counting my first initial call that took 10 minutes). I was done by 9:10AM each day. Only 2 more mornings to call and I'll be done. Sorry I was tying up the MS phoneline. I do start dialing at 8:59AM.
