Why did the hotels at DL and around stop shuttle service...

To Knott's Berry Farm? I know this thread has been posted before, heck I was probably the one that did so. But I don't remember. I remember staying at Hilton Anaheim years ago and could have sworn there was a shuttle to Knott's in front of the hotel, just like there was one for Disneyland. What happened?

I don’t remember there ever being such a shuttle service. Doesn’t mean there wasn’t one (it would hardly be the first time I didn’t remember something), but this is news to me. I’m sure it was probably an issue of the demand not being there, but that’s just a guess since I don’t know. Which hotel did you stay at that did that, out of curiosity?

It was a Good Neighbor Hotel across the street. I don't remember which one, as it was a long time ago. But in 1994 when I stayed at Hilton Anaheim, I got on the shuttle to DL when the driver got on the speaker and said "Welcome to the shuttle to Knott's Berry Farm. I'm just kidding...." That memory also makes me think it was a regular service.
