Why DID DxL become POR??

I don't understand why they didn't at least rename it Southern Landings or Southern (something else, fill in the blank)? Its as if suddenly everyone is so offended by the word "Dixie", like it never existed.

It certainly is a small world Jillpie considering how small Barrington is. The college is now Zion Bible Institute. Who knows maybe we have met.

I agree with HunnyBunny and Grumpy37 , carrying it to the extreme of political awareness. Enough people must have complained loud enough for them to do something about it, just like when they changed the POTC scene with the men chasing the women.

Glad to know the theming hasn't changed and that the name still fits despite the change. It's just a bit more confusing to me to have two PO's. At least they could have come up with a new name for this resort itself but maybe then they wouldn't have had the excuse to say they wanted to consolidate both resorts as a reason for the name change. Otherwise, how would they explain it?
