IMHO, that would not be a great location for a WDW deluxe. All other deluxes (I'm not referring to OKW or SSR which are "deluxe villas") have proximity to parks as a major perk (including AKL's proximity to AK). I'm sure it's absolutely lovely and customer service is probably better than WDW, but that is the main reason we would never stay there. I can't imagine another sprawling DVC complex like OKW or SSR. They seem to have trouble filling those to begin with and it's probably why they are converting rooms (AKV, VWL, Poly) instead of building dedicated resorts. I'm guessing Disney made money on the Four Seasons deal as opposed to possibly losing money by developing, building and managing themselves.
