I was at Disneyland last weekend (east coaster here) and paid for a couple of these Fastpass dinner packages to watch the nighttime shows and it got me thinking...I wish DVC would reserve a section for members to sit and watch the shows! I know, I know...it is not an entitlement but a girl can dream, can't she?

I the world of Disney, DVD is a profit center when we buy new contracts and we add a very small amount of money to the Disney machine after we buy compared to the other guests. Most of the perks aren't offered to make us happy, they are offered so that the guides can use the perk as a selling point when pitching new buyers.

With 8 DVC resorts on property, only a small percentage would be able to be accommodated.

We did the dessert package for Wishes- wished I hadn't. Yes, the show was spectacular, the seats were fabulous too, but I forgot about the time change when booking these and the kids were just exhausted by that point. I LOVE Disneyland but have to allow for the time difference next time. I too hope that other Disney locations get FP+... won't go back to Aulani until they do. When there is only one parent able to do the line standing it's not exactly ideal if only one parent travels with the kids!!
