I had two transactions yesterday and neither the seller nor the buyer followed the rules
.
(1) I bought a Victoria Secret PINK iPhone case for my DD. I paid more for it from a US vendor with great feedback instead of one from China so it would be sent quickly and it would be authentic. The shipping was indeed quick, but the case was a cheap knock-off. It doesn't even fit on the phone and it falls off. I have asked for a full refund and there is no way I am paying to send a counterfeit case back.
(2) I am also selling multiple items for about $4.25 each. I got a ridiculously low offer of $2 on the items for 7 of them, I countered-offered with $3.25 since he was buying so many of them and the potential buyer responded with an offer of $2.50 and a note that we could take the transaction off of eBay so I could save fees (and obviously pass on those savings to him!). And this is a SELLER who has over 1400 feedbacks! Why would you risk your eBay business to save a few dollars?
I am really tempted to report both of them. They are the kind of sellers and buyers who have ruined eBay.
