Why can't I search online for a room?

I have been trying multipe times a day for the last few days on multiple computers and devices to search room availability but get the "Dino- nothing to see hear" pop up everytime. I can log into my account, see my dashboard, etc....but can't search rooms? What could be going on?

make sure you are not logged in any Disney account.
Clear cache, and reboot your PC.

Check your dues status. We had a issue with ours. One call to MA cleared it up.

The site has been pretty glitchy lately. I don't have any problems with my dues status or my account, and I had to call Member Services to book a reservation last week. Then a few days later, I was able to book something else online by myself. There was no rhyme or reason to it.
