Why cant I retrieve my reservation ?

This making ADRs is doing my head in !!!

I e mailed for my reservation number which they sent me yesterday (12 numbers ). Ive been onto the site where you put in your number,name, where you are staying etc and it either says try again later or that it cant retrieve my reservation aaaarrrggghhh !

Thought I could book from February 11th but in the e mail they sent me they said 12th (going August 11th ) so wanted to get it sorted before then really

If you didn't book with Disneyworld USA you can't pull up your reservation online. It should work for your ADRs though, however not untill 180 days out.

If you can get the Dining system to work, you should be able to associate it with your reservation number before the 180 day window. I'm not going until the end of Oct, and I was able to.
Might be worth doing to check the number is working in advance.

Ditto - also going in October but was able to associate. You have to go through the dining link though, not the one which comes up on the general planning page.

Did you pull up your accommodation ressie online? When are you going? (sorry, for some reason I can't see your ticker info). I just assumed the same as igk. But if I like to have whatever is available.

Do you see this wording below?
Have you clicked on the words I have highlighted red?

Yes thats how I was trying to do it.

However Ive just had a thought, my surname is often spelt wrongly (single last letter instead of double ) so I tried it that way and got this message

Think its done now ? So will this always be linked or do I have to do this every time i go into the site.
Shouldnt matter that my name is spelt wrongly should it ? It was spelt correctly when I booked. I have booked flights separately.

Your name spelling will not matter.
You will have to click on Retrieve your reservation and fill in details every time you go back. It doesn't store it.
Sounds like you are all set to book now.

I have just managed to retrieve my reservation using both the US site methods above, which is a relief because a few hours ago I tried and neither of them would recognise my reservation
Maybe it's been a bit overloaded lately but it really isn't all that reliable...

What time (EST) does the US Central Reservations Office phonelines close?
