Why can't I register online for FL Tours?

I've tried three times now, even tried calling (I get their voice mail). The online form for FL Tours won't complete my reservation because it says I haven't filled out my Hotel Name (Yes I did!), flight number (because there IS NO field for it) and city of origin (Again...yes I did).

Anyone else have this problem? If I call to make the reservations, they won't accept a coupon.

DH and I just went through the same thing. All of the fields have to be filled in... in our case, we left the last flight leg field blank and it wouldn't register us. When I put in non stop it went right through and we just received our confirmation (less than 5min wait time). Hope this helps.

I'm also having difficulty making an enquiry on their website.

I'm trying to book a limo transfer from Vistana in LBV to the Renaissance Resort near Sea World for Sunday Brunch on Sept 21st.

We are flying from the UK - and don't need an airport or cruise transfer - but that's all the choice there seems to be. I've tried e-mailing them - but still no reply.

Any help appreciated.

I’m sorry you having difficulties booking with us. It seems the problem appears to be random. We’ve been able to receive transportation requests through out the morning. However, we’ve informed our tech support staff and they’re looking into it. In the mean time, please try to refresh the page and see if you are able to book your request. If that does not work for you, please go ahead tell us your request at reservations@fltours.com and we’ll submit it for you from our end and send you confirmation.

I had responded to your request yesterday just as soon as we received you email. This morning however, it came back with “Undeliverable Mail”. This usually happens when you by mistake gave an incorrect email address. Please write me back with your correct email address. I will respond to you just as soon as I can

Thank you for your help, everyone. My problem was under Last Leg Flight #, I left it blank because it was nonstop, not realizing that the field should have had the FLIGHT NUMBER in it!

No wonder few people had this problem. If I had read it more carefully, I could have avoided this thread to begin with. I just hope that I helped somebody else out there.

Sorry, AndyN for causing a stir. I was able to make my reservations successfully and look forward to using FL Tours in a few weeks.
