First, make sure you don't have any other Disney site open on another tab or in another window.
If that doesn't fix it, call the Member Services number. Option 1 for Member Services, then option 1 for English, then option 6 for technical support with the DVC member web site. Sounds like they need to reset your account. I had something like this happen when I was trying to create and link my MDE account to my DVC account. They'll give you a new one-time-use code to re-create your login ID and password.

But this is not the first time I have encountered this problem.
So, possible happened all those times because another site was open??

If all of your accounts use the same user name and password, and you have them all linked, it works fine. But if you log into the sites with different user names, or the accounts haven't been linked, it tries to log you in with the wrong credentials and doesn't know how to handle the resulting error.
