I had trouble also. I had to call and they had to reset my name & password! What a pain. They kept implying I didn't have my password correct. I know I did. I have been using it for months. They did finally reset everything for me, but I did have to change my user name. Good luck
If at any time you signed up for a login for ANY Disney website, that login id is taken ... by you, but it's taken. You'll have to call MS and get a new id. Many of us had that confusion when they went to the new website.
I have never managed to get into the member website since they changed it to the passworded one....except by a backdoor left open in the member clubhouse. My dh has managed to do it though. My issue was related to it not allowing me to use my email address because that address is already registered or something like that. I emailed MS about it back when the system was new and kept getting canned replies that didn't fix the problem....I never called to get it straightened out.
