Why can't I get in?!?!?!

What is WRONG with my computer! I have been trying for 2 days to access passholder or Fl. resident site and it just times out or pops me back to the original login page. Is anyone else having this issue???

I'm just trying to book a room without having to call on my dime!

Evil Queen- Interesting that you say that...I just installed Norton Anti-virus. I wonder if it's blocking me out??

I have Norton Anti-Virus also, but can get through? Maybe it has something to do with the dates or resorts you're looking at for some reason?

I booked the BWI Deluxe Concierge at FL Res Room Only Rate for 12/23 and 12/24/06 online, and noticed that the cancellation policy was that you had to cancel at least 46 days out - when you call to make ressies, the cancellation policy is only 5 days out, so that's probably better to call anyway.

Also, I have never used it (have always called the 407-W-Disney number) but I have the tollfree 800 number for Disney Res written down from a previous poster here on the DIS as 800-828-0228, so you might try that number first $$$!

I run Norton at home and work and have been able to access it on three different machines without problem (except when it was down, which it has been periodically).
