Why can't I book an ADR for Les Chef Des France?

Today is my 180 ADR day. I'm trying to book Les Chef De France for 8/3 or 8/7 for dinner. The system is saying that nothing is available for either of those nights, however lunch is available. I tried to reserve it for my last ADR date and it is still unavailable - it can't possibly be booked up already.

This is also the case with Nine Dragons and San Angel Inn.

Do these restaurants open up their dinner bookings later on than the others?

You are currently over 180 days from 8/3. Resort guests can book 180 days from arrival up to 10 days of ADR's. However, its common that many tables are unavailable until 180 days from that ADR. IOW's, even though you can book 180+10, some restaurants have limited tables released prior to 180 days. Try Feb. 5th and they should open up.
