Why can't I access www.entertainment.com????

I am registered as an entertainment book member - I have a paid for book, card, etc.

I'm trying to get on their website to see if there are any coupons I want to print. But when I type the website name in a blank page comes up and then the computer is "done" if you know what I mean.

Any suggestions?? Am I the only person this is happening to?

I got in just fine. Are you behind a firewall? If so, maybe it's blocking access due to the cookies.

I've got Norton antivirus and internet security - tried disabling the firewall, but I still can't go to that website. I've not had trouble with any others.

Try turning off the firewall and reboot. If that still doesn't let you in, you might have to fiddle with the options.

I'm working from memory here, so forgive me if it's not wholly correct.

In internet security you should be able to see what sites are blocked and what sites are not. You may have to give permission to entertainment.com to enter and push cookies to your machine. Sounds like that's what is preventing you from accessing.

That's happened on a computer at work with that website. I just deleted the cookie for the website....then tried going to the site again & logging on to it. It worked fine after that.

I have problems with it often too. Like SplshMtn99 said, I delete the cookies then it works. But I have to do that every time. GGRRRR

Y'all are SO smart. I cleared my history, deleted cookies, etc. and now I can get to the website!!!!
