Why aren't members surveyed more often?

We just returned from a 2 week stay at the Beach Club Villa's. There were a few issues with housekeeping and the bus service that we weren't pleased with. Our biggest complaint was that my husband and I thought the matteress was very uncomfortable and that the springs were coming through. Half way through our trip we thought it might help to turn the matteress over, to our surprise we found a 3/4 inch piece of plywood between the matteress and the foundation. What bothered us most was that someone knew there was a problem with the matteress, and rather that fix the problem they just tried to cover it up. We spoke to the hotel manager right away, and the problem was resolved. We just got back last night, and I'm planning on letting my rep know.

Welcome to the DIS and hello fellow MA resident! I just noticed this was your first post. Do you own at BCV? Please post a room report. This will allow others to know about the problem and hopefully (before someone else gets that room) the bed will be fixed! Annmarie
