Why are some people such snobs?

Nah, not really: Have you met any of the new folks visiting WDW this summer, who see some arcane meaning in every three seconds of every Star Wars movie? Talk about overthinking! :)

I can see how some can choose to overlook the things I pointed out. The real question is how it really affects people and how they decide to act and I've seen a lot of people use "Let it go," in the way I suggested.
:confused3 OTOH, I would assert that whether Disney intended it that way or not, people have ascribed a meaning to that song that does not directly relate to the plot of the movie. "Let it Go" has become fairly ubiquitous anthem over the years used to imply "life is too short - forgive, forget, move on". In my worldview, purposefully choosing to lay down hurts, slights and offences, whether real or imagined, is a legitimate strategy for peaceful co-existence and it does not necessarily require or result in purging your life of everybody and everything that has troubled you.

I remember back a few years ago some army guard officer guy who has been to vacations in Europe laughed at Disney parks and people who vacation at Disney on some random internet forum.

Why are some people so rude and judgemental? What makes them think that they are better than us?

I think people like that are really unhappy.
It's because muggles never understand what makes Disney so special to us, and think that it's too much of a kiddie's park, when in fact, Disney Parks have plenty to offer for everyone.

Agreed - a rare case where pop culture improved upon its source material.

Harry Potter is at Universal Studios, not Disney.

I was borrowing the term to describe outsiders.
Sorry, still doesn't make sense because Disney is not a Wizarding World, lol. :jumping1:

Muggles are non-magical people, most of whom are completely unaware of the existence of the wizarding world. The term is usually applied affectionately
