Why am I whining?

For 5 nights do not switch - stick with GF, you will both like it - her because of the great surprise and you for helping to make the trip a great one for your sis.

Get DH to take you to BWI another time

thanks

By splitting your stay, you can squeeze in one more night and make it six - 3 GF and 3 BWI. You have the perfect opportunity to have it all. Three night at GF and you can do MK and AK, eat at Narcoosies and Chef Mickeys oh, and don't forget O'Hana's! Then three nights at BWI and then do EPCOT and MGM and allllllll the wonderful places to see (and eat at!) in World Showcase. You are not being selfish...as a matter of fact you would be showing your sis the best "the world" has to offer. Split stays are fun and a great answer to "should-I; shouldn't-I". Just MHO...

The whining doesn't bother me.....it's the ironing I'd be worried about!
Do a split stay and have a good time at both!

I totally understand your dilemma....My best friend and I have stayed at the BWI several times and just love the whole experience, the rooms, location, pools and the restaurants and oh, yeah, walking to either Epcot or MGM!! Although our upcoming trip is lengthy(17 nights:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: ) and we decided to split our stay between the GF and BWI, we are staying at the GF, first because we know we will be pining to go "home"!!I agree with the others, if you can stay for 6 nights and split your stay, it will be the perfect solution. The easy access to MK, the great restaurants and walking to the GF spa were part of our reasons for staying at the GF. We opted for a lagoon view so we sit on our balcony and sip coffee/wine and watch the sunrise over the lagoon/fireworks over the lagoon.Gook luck with your tough decision!! I also iron DH's dress shirts to save $$ for Mickey!!!

Why dont you split your stay at the BWI and GF..... First go the the BWI then suprise her at the GF! That way you will both be happy! :smooth:

Throwing the clothes in the dryer again is just fluffing.
Throwing them in with a Dryel sheet is ironing AND cleaning!
And still keeps the iron on the shelf where it belongs!

Well, I think I've decided to stick with the GF. I'm not going to be able to squeeze in another night. I'm a teacher and so can't leave until after school on the 17th of Dec. and my mom and dad do Christmas at their house on the 23rd and they'll freak if we're not there. I'm afraid to switch our flight to the 23rd (right now we're leaving on the 22nd) in case of delays, etc.

I know I'll love the GF! And not six months later we'll be at BCV, so we'll get a taste of an Epcot area resort then.

Thanks for all the suggestions and advice!
