Why am I never able to pull up my ressie on disney.com?

I can pull up my mother's reservation. The phone number and reservation number are both correct. Any suggestions?

I don't know, but I never can either. It doesn't matter if I make the reservation online, by phone, or what, I can never bring them up. I've tried every phone number I've had since my first Disney trip, and nothing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong either.

I made mine by phone so I assume that is why I cannot bring mine up. Then again mine is also a special needs request and even CRO agents when you call cannot do anything with my reservation so that might be it for me as well.
Did you make in online? or by phone?

if you booked with a TA then you will not be able to access it. Otherwise i am not sure why.

I booked by phone myself. My mother's room is linked to mine. I made her ressie too. I can access her ressie but never mine. Too wierd! I keep using the phone number on the confirmation. I've also tried every number I can think of.

I was told by a CM making my reservations that to check it online there is a different number. She gave me that number so I could verify my reservation online.

I would call. I made mine on the phone, but couldn't access online. I called and was told that the CM that took my reservation put in one wrong digit for my phone #, so when I check it online, I have to remember to put in my "wrong" phone #, and it comes up. Could be something weird like that.
