to sspend FOREVER on the phone trying to book!? I called to book on Monday for 12 people & you'd think the girl would've given me ressis # but NO she said she'd call back! So after 30 mins I said ok & waited & of course she never did -she gave me a gran gathering # but that was it---SO I called back & they of course had nothing on file - I had to go back through everything---everyones names, etc! WHAT A PAIN!!!!

AND THEN it doesn't seem like my rates are right....I"M SO CONFUSED!! BUT I can't afford to keep calling them day after day to figure it out - the last lady told me to call some other # & they could explain it all to me!!!! EEEK
I guess I need to just get my #s & figure it all out here online & let y'all tell me what's right or wrong with it!

1-800-828-02228 is the number I use. In fact just got off the phone after making additonal AR's for July.

Disney does not promote the use of the 1-800 number because the use of that number cost Disney money. Whereas if you call the regular number, you pay.
I have not seen anything in years from Disney talking or promoting about the 1-800 number. I know that there is another 1-800 number, I wrote it down somewhere but I cannot find it.
