Why a star?

Well, today I got a new quest kiosk - and I noticed, as I did when I play quests, that at the very top where it shows items that can be found, there is a star - but no golden Mickey?
A new item in the future, perhaps?

I dont know i dont have a quest starter and am clueless about what icons there are and are'nt.

I have Mickey (But I Had This Quest Machine When They Sold For 30,000) Does it have to do with 15000 quest machine?

no she is not on about that, I have Mickey too when i bought the 30,000 one and my brother does with the 15,000 one.She means the top bit of this pic.

She is. If you look at the top of the picture with the images slightly faded, you can see the items you collect. The horseshoe, the clover, skull... and now there is a star in place of the golden mickey head.

Maybe since it is DL's 51st year they have changed taken the golden mickey away...
