I just dialed MS to check some availability. The gentleman that guides you through the options, is that one of the guides, Jim McCoy?

Just curious. It sounds a lot like him.

That's funny - now I want to go call and check! Jim is my guide too! I wouldn't imagine it would be a guide vs. a professional voice person that's part of their voice messaging service -- but you never know. I'll have to go listen!
