I know your DD's pain with the ENT. I used to go there when I was little AND I had my adnoids out when I was about 3 or 4. Not my tonsils though which I wish they would have taken too. So I feel for the girl!

DD HATES the ENT! Poor thing! The thing is, he's really nice and a really good doctor! Normal to get a good doctor around here for something other then the usual stuff you have to go to Stony Brook or further! I really wish he had taken out her tonsils too but no luck! They were and are fine so he couldn't. Her adnoids where huge!!! Shes so funny every morning "Mommy, I need my nasal!" LOL!!

Ok, now for the update promised days ago!! LOL! Bare with me, I'm in a terrible mood today! DH annoyed me at like 3am and I'm just so irritated with him I can't get over it

My Disney Christmas Village! It sits on the shelves under the family JumboTron! Why in the world we need a TV that big I don't know Don't mind the finger prints on the frame of the TV!

Notice to the left my Digital picture frame that I LOVE!

a little advertising for the Travel Channel!! I wonder if they'll give me some $$ for it?! I take Samantha Brown's job instead!! I so want to be her when I grow up!

Next my bargain hail!!

I bought myself 3 new pairs of PJs for the trip! All on sale 1 from disney shopping 2 from victoria's secret (don't worry their very family friendly PJs)

Both pairs of VS PJ's came with free slippers! I love slippers!!

I also got the sweatshirt I've been eyeing on Disney Shopping on sale!!

I love it!!!! definitely wearing it on the trip down!!

I also went out the other day and got some new sneakers!! Badly needed!! They were also on sale!! By 1 get 1 1/2 off!

Ok, now that I've spent a million dollars we may have to cancel the trip

Now on with the details of the changes I've made and am making to the trip DH and I are taking in March due to the new deal! We now have the platinum package which includes deluxe dining and soooooo much more!! I'll make anything new red!

The day we arrive, March 23rd is remaining unchanged.
Arrive at MCO,
take car service to Poly,
head to MK with Kona coffee in hand,
6 pm dinner at Kona
back to room,
10 pm watch Wishes from Balcony or beach!

Tuesday, March 24th
9 am massage for me!! Now its part of the package!
12 pm lunch at Coral Reef
7 pm dinner Le Cellier, I moved the time back due to lunch, originally I had requested 6
9 pm Illuminations

Wednesday, March 25th
8:30 am Key to the Kingdom! Now part of the package!
5:30 pm dinner at Artist Point
9 pm Cirque Du Soleil!!! I'm sooo excited about this!!! The tickets are part of the package

Thursday, March 26th unchanged although I tempted to add a late breakfast at Chef Mickey
8:30 Dinner at Cali Grill
10 Wishes (from Cali Grill)

Friday, March 27th
8 am breakfast Kona Cafe
11:50 Lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table! This is the only dinner reservation I actually have! With the changes to the system I haven't made any ADR's But, the intinerary planning office has all my details!

I sat down the other day and figured it out! We're saving $230 (not the $150 I originally thought) on the actual package with the reservation and tickets. Including dining, the massage, KTK, Cirque etc we are saving between $1200 and $1300!!! Dining, the massage and KTK was stuff we were paying out of pocket for and now we don't have to! Cirque is something we've talked about doing in the future but the tickets are part of the package, so why not!!!!

I'm so excited!!! It just gets better and better!!!

Now I'm off to call and make a reservation to have a family picture taken at WL next month!!! Talk to you later!!

I can't believe the that has been spread over these trips!! We have some terrific disney luck!! It started with our upgrade to CL at GF in March and continues!!!!

Ok!!! 3 calls made to WDW today!!

I made a late breakfast ADR for our March trip!! 10:30 am March 26th!! Now I have 2 ADR's made for March!! Still waiting for the rest! Maybe the 22nd of this month like rumor has it! We'll see!! The very nice Intinerary lady I spoke to said she had made our cirque ressie and we had very good seats!!!

I called and made our photo session reservation for January!!! I'm so excited to get a family portait taken at WL!!!!!!

I also called and made DD a Bippidi Boppidi Boutique reservation I swear to you that I asked her if she wanted to go this time and she said no! Last night she asked me when she was going!! Oh my!!! I was worried I wouldn't get anything! But I got a 10:10 appt on 1/8! Perfect!! DS6 is getting the cool dude at 10:25!!! Yippeee!!!!!

I promised myself I'd wait until my ticker ran out of months to start packing! I usually start at least 2 months before DH thinks I'm nuts

But, yesterday I started!!!!!!! ​

I've been putting things aside in a big plastic tote/bin thingy, so I started going through it with my handy dandy list of the outfits everyone is supposed to wear what day (Yes, I'm OCD!!) and packaging them up in big ziplocs (again, OCD) I have a lot to do in the coming weeks, 4 different things at the kiddos school, wrap the christmas presents, a Brownie cookie baking and pizza party, DD is making first pennance Saturday (A big to do at our church for some reason?), christmas day with DH's parents, day after christmas my whole family is coming here to celebrate christmas, my birthday, new years etc!!!!!! I'm hoping to get everything we don't need into the bags soon and have 1 less thing to worry about!

I'm so darn excited!!!!!!

I still haven't got my magical, pretrip packet of final documents, luggage tags etc in the mail : I wait with baited breath everyday, but no! I know it's only a matter of time and they'll be here anyday!! I just want to hold them in my hand and dance a little "we're going to Disney World" happy dance!!

Hey, if anyone is lurking out there come out and say hi!! I have 2 readers in WDW right now and at least 2 that are MIA!

I was contemplating starting packing... I mean I do have LESS then 2 MONTHS And believe me... my midweight fall clothes, aren't needed now... brrrrrrr!!!

But I get to go away this weekend... so I guess I'll have to be satisfied with packing for that... ho hum......

Our computer had crashed last month and I've just caught up on all your plans since we got a new one over Thanksgiving break. Everything sounds wonderful, I'm so jealous of all your plans. Especially your alone adult trip. I will look forward to taking a trip like that in ten years when my kids are older, I figure my 40th birthday should get such a trip, though I told my husband I might go to WDW alone for my 40th so I can really do everything I want to do.

I've been picking up tons of tips from your planning, as I tend to be a little ocd too. I LOVE the big ziploc bags idea, I'm stealing it, hope you don't mind.

I look forward to you TR after the trip with the kids. and really looking forward to a TR of your adult trip (which I know is farther away, so lets not talk about that one) Lets get excited for your first trip

I love decorating for christmas! I tried not to go to crazy this year so I don't have to rush to get everything down and away before we leave! I hate to come home to a mess!!!

I'll let you know about the massage!! I can't wait! DH won't do it! We did a couples massage on our honeymoon in St Lucia and the women who did them did a terrible job! It was awful and a complete waste of money. DH was completely put off by it! I, on the other hand, LOVE to get a massage! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hot stone massages more then anything! It feels so good and is so relaxing!!

Welcome back!!! I'm hoping to get another grown ups only trip around my 40th too! But, that's 7 years off! I so really can't wait!! I'm a little apprehensive about leaving the kiddos for that long and being a whole 2 1/2 hour plane ride away. But, we need it!!!

I love my ziplocs!!! I'll admit I also put sticky notes in the bag that have the kids name and day too! When I saw my sister at Thanksgiving she was looking in my passporter and was laughing that I have a rough schedule, then I showed her the list of outfits

I've been promising this for a few days. But I keep getting side tracked. I'm finally fulfilling my promise and sharing the pictures I scanned the other day!

They're from our first family trip in 05!!

Dorothy and Johnny look like such babies!!

Dorothy was just about 4 and soooooo chubby! Johnny was 2 and still in diapers!

Please excuse the quality! We were between digital cameras so I ended up taking like 100 roles of film!! Well, maybe not that many but it cost me a fortune to have all of them developed!!!

So, here goes...

Dorothy celebrated her 4th b-day with breakfast with the princesses at CRT! We had a blast!! She was sooooo happy!!!

Johnny had no interest in the princesses, he played with his trains the whole time! Except Snow White!! He kept tryingto quickly turn his head to try to plant one right on her lips!! Look at that pucker!!

I had to share this with you guys! My kiddos went to a christmas fair a a local church with my MIL last weekend and they each bought a present for me so sweet! Of course, DD can't keep a secret and anticipation for anything kills her. SHe gets all this nervous energy!! So Friday night when we went over to MIL and FIL's for pizza she decided she had to give me the present. I tried to convince her to wait but she couldn't. SHe gave me a beautiful antique santa! DS had to give his to me because DD did. He gave me a set of votives and holders. So pretty! The thing is one of the votives smells EXACTLY like the lobby of GF! It's too funny!!! I get a rush of disney everytime I smell it!

Dorothy and John both celebrated their 4th b-day at WDW. We missed their birthdays by a week or so because of planning. We were actually at WDW for DD's 7th b-day this past March!

She loved her princess breakfast!! She talked about it forever! One of her favorite things to say was "I had cake for breakfast!!" We brought her Cinderella dress from home to wear and we bought her the Snow White dress at a shop in DHS! The day she wore the Cindy dress it poured like holy heck and we got soaked!! She got cold and had one of the only accidents shes ever had!! Poor baby! I had to buy her a new outfit. including undies and socks in the shop in toontown!! I took her to change her started throwing away the old undies, socks etc and she started crying so hard! She thought I was going to throw away her Cindy dress! Poor baby!


My kiddos are soooo sweet and good!!! I know most mothers say this but they are the best kids in the world!!

I can't believe how fast they grow!! I keep telling them to stop it but they aren't listening!!!

We've had 3 cakes at WDW so far and they've all been really good!!! Yummmmmmy!! Nice and moist, yummy icing, yummy filling!!
