I was going to post some observations of the awards when I saw this thread.


I know that there are a lot of Depp fans out there but lose the hat. Does he know how increadable ill mannered it is to wear a hat indoors? I guess I am just old fashioned.

Kevin Cosner who is on my "list" looked like he came in on an all night bender.

Bill Murray does look good in a beard. Makes him look distingued.

How many people wanted Tom Cruise to win so Nicole would have to give him his award? By the way she looks like the Little Mermaid tonight. Don't like her dress!!

It has been fun watching the awards although Network TV is hurting tonight.

I dont think we will be seeing Nicole on the best dressed list this year. And that thing on her head~ what is up with that. I think Queen Latifah looks fabulous and so does JLO minus the ring. Jennifer Gardner is beautiful as always. cant think of anyone else that stood out.

At the top of the show they had a montage to and outkast song (I think) In it Jim Carrey was shaking his full head of hair. Did he shave it backstage or did they use old footage for that? Weird.

I thought Kevin Costner looked fine, he looked very proud of his daughter when they announced her as Miss Golden Globe.

Nicole Kidman's dress is hideous! She had to adjust WHILE she was presenting the award!

Is it just me, or is Charlize Theron just absolutely breathtakingly beautiful? And she seems so darn nice....Every interview she just seems like someone you'd really enjoy talking to...but she's GORGEOUS! Hard to believe how ugly she was in Monster.

I've been watching off and on. Thought Queen Latifa and Brittany Murphy looked great, as well as Jennifer Anniston. Did NOT like Nicole's dress and head band or J Lo's dress. Nice to see ROTK do so well and also nice to see Leonardo DiCaprio.
