Who's waiting for room only codes to become available?

I am bouncing off the walls waiting for the "room only" codes to be made available. I do not have an AP, maybe I should have purchased one.

We're looking to go in late November or right before Christmas!! I would love to see the decorations!

Me! I'm looking for one night in Oct. The rest of my stay is at BWV on rented DVC points. The general public code is rumored for reless tomorrow! Good luck to all!

The only problem with this rumor is that I'll probably not be able to take my eyes off this silly computer (the DIS) ALL DAY LONG! lol

Count me in on the waiting...

I really only want one night at the Wilderness Lodge because our vacation this year is in Ft. Myers (yes, hurricane struck Ft. Myers). Our plane tickets were already purchased and we are waiting to see how our vacation home held up.

Of course, no matter where we vacation, we must bring our children to the Magic Kingdom for a day so PLEASE room only codes for November be available soon.

We have the 5 + 2 Package booked plus one extra night tacked on at the beginning at rack rate. We're staying at the Poly GV which appears to be going for $229/night (pre-tax) in October with the AP.

I crunched some number and if I switched the entire thing to 8-nights room-only with an AP (+ PHs for DH and DD) I'd only save $153.

I really just want to get a discount for the one night before our 5 + 2 Package starts.

Hopefully the general code comes out tomorrow!

Just an FYI, but one of the rumors flying about is that the code for room only reservations (hopefully coming out tomorrow) is for Disney Visa card holders only.

Just something to be aware of.

I'm waiting to. I already have our rooms booked, but a discount sure would be nice. If I can't get it for WL, I guess I might switch to another resort that I can get it on. But I really want it for WL. I will be glued to the computer all day as well.

Where are you finding the codes first: here or the disney site or mousesavers?

Im waiting to for general public codes. I have the 5 + 2 booked and have 1 extra night at the beginning of my reservation for Oct at the CR tower. I really hope I can get this discount for that one night as its costing me regular price whoch is extremely expensive. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can get a discount.


If the code released tomorrow is a Disney Visa Card Holder, how do they know? I have the card but the room is already booked and paid for but would I just give them my Visa card number anyway to get the discount?

What time does CRO open for phone calls?

the reservation must be deposited and paid in full with a Disney Visa card, they can see that it wasnt originally paid with a disney visa, if the discount is available, you will have to re-deposit the reservation with the Disney Visa, and get a credit on your other credit card originally used for deposit.

I got all of my stay except one night switched over to the AP rate this morning after 3 hours of problems with my reservation being put on hold...no one could get to it...it was in limbo...reservation canceled...ok mam, we've now got you reserved, but you have two reservation numbers you'll have to keep up with...woah, the second reservation which has the 6 nights on it is still not on disneyworld.com...still panic-ing

Now, I plan to call tomorrow to try to get that one last night at a discount, but with most of my reservation still un-accessable, I am a little scared to. At least the one night I want to get at a discount is sitting out there all by itself on it's own little reservation number.

And no, I still cannot access the 6 nights of my reservation on disneyworld.com. The one night is out there, but not the others.

I thought after today I'd have nothing to worry about, but that just doesn't seem to be how this has turned out!

I need a code for 3 nights 10/22 - 10/25 (the other 7 nights we are booked with the Disney Visa 7/4 deal) I didn't sleep at all last night, I was so anxious hoping the code would be released today. I guess tonight will be another restless night. Come on codes!!!!!!!

I need 3 nights total room only, one on each end of our package and we added a night to our 5 plus 2 at rack rate. Will I be able to add the code to that extra night on our package since the package is already booked through a code?

I am also anxiously awaiting a room only discount...we are going 12/3 to 12/11 and if the rate is good enough we will stay on site our entire trip, which would be much easier!

Here's hoping the rates come out tomorrow like the rumor says!

The discount out today is for AP holders (EWP) and can be booked today. It came thru on an email saying you can get a jump on rates one day early so I assume that there will be something tomorrow.

I'm anxiously awaiting too. Just need my one night at POFQ discounted since we are checking into BCV the next day. But I hate paying $166 for POFQ when I've seen it at $79 recently!

I just called, hoping to get some additional info about non-AP codes. The CM was unhelpful. When I asked about room discounts, she said she could only look them up if I knew a code. I asked about BAT, and she said "I don't know about that one yet." Then she said maybe it was an old code or one she didn't know of yet. Interesting, considering that others have been told that the code is in their system, but not valid yet..
